In Aijō Keiko, the focus is not on simply copying a technique, but on conscious understanding. For each session, a specific topic from Shibari, bondage or rope mechanics is prepared and introduced by Jack.
Based on this topic, participants work independently or together as a group on possible solutions, variations and applications.
Keiko is designed to strengthen the ability to master requirements independently. It is about recognising, evaluating and consciously applying the mechanics of rope work.
Existing knowledge is not only repeated, but questioned, combined and developed further. This creates a deeper understanding of structure, tension, body positions and safety within rope bondage.
Aijō Keiko is intended for people who want to deepen their Shibari and bondage practice and enjoy actively engaging with technique, structure and the design of rope ties.
It is especially suitable for participants who do not only want to learn new patterns, but want to understand why a tie works, which mechanics are involved and how existing techniques can be adapted in a meaningful way.
The individual topics are defined in advance and described on a separate webpage, so participants can prepare specifically for the training.
