Animal in ropes - Onesie Shooting

In 2025, Roman (from Seilsport) organized a two-day workshop with Sarca & Winter, which Shana and I attended.

During a break in front of the dojo, the group talked extensively about restraints. But other topics were also discussed, including onesies. A garment that elicits very different reactions from people. These can range from “cute” to “no way, thank you.”

And during this round, the idea for this project was born. A photo shoot in which the model wears such a onesie.

The idea was fixed in my mind, and the first three models were found right away. But you should think bigger with projects like this, so more people were asked if they would like to be part of such a crazy idea.

I expected that there would be some who would not get involved in something like this, as it is a topic that takes bondage out of the realm of seriousness. And not everyone is happy about that. However, I quickly had to change my mind, because everyone I spoke to immediately agreed to participate and thought the idea was great. And so the group grew to 13 couples.

Some of the onesies were already available, and if not, we decided together which animal we would like to depict. With this information, I then set about finding the appropriate onesies. It wasn't as easy as I had originally thought, but it worked out in the end.

And then we started with the first shoots. And yes, we really had a lot of fun. Everyone was full of energy, and of course there was plenty of joking around. The first shoot lasted seven hours, and two more shooting days followed.

Many pictures were taken, which didn't make the selection process any easier. But we did it anyway. All 13 pictures were selected and edited. What can I say? The result exceeds my wildest expectations. We have created something absolutely unique in this large group.

I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures we took and that we managed to make you smile.
